Disrupting Bias to Create an Inclusive Culture
Through this highly interactive program, participants will work on understanding, addressing, and disrupting biased actions at work. We begin by recognizing what makes this work hard and uncomfortable. This important context sets the stage for participants to develop awareness and strategies that allow everyone to feel seen, heard, valued, and respected.
This program can be delivered as a single or multiple session offering, either virtually or in person. Participants will:
Understand the neuroscience behind bias and how to recognize bias in ourselves
Identify different types of bias in the workplace
Learn strategies for challenging bias in day-to-day interactions
