Creating High Performing Teams

Your team is made up of unique individuals, each with their own strengths, struggles, goals, and personalities. With insights from the Team Effectiveness Survey (TES) assessment, you can establish a more positive team culture and a more satisfying, productive, and enjoyable work experience.

Participants will complete the TES in advance of the program. During the workshop, which can be delivered in person or virtually, they will:

  • Get expert insights and analysis of their TES results to better understand their team's current team type, dynamics, strengths, and opportunities.

  • Practice building greater cohesion, creating psychological safety, executing projects with agility, communicating with greater transparency, and managing conflict

  • Generate strategies they can immediately use to turn new insights into action

Train-the-Trainer opportunities are also available to provide ongoing internal support.
