Navigating the Human Side of Change 

This dynamic workshop will equip leaders to successfully support individuals and teams through the change process. Focusing on the human experience of moving from something known to something unknown, we’ll build strategies to help colleagues let go of the past, navigate uncertainty, and embrace the new.

Attendees will learn and practice frameworks that they can apply to organizational changes, large and small. Participants can expect to:

  • Learn change management approaches grounded in neuroscience that help foster a growth mindset and accelerate readiness to accept new things

  • Identify key elements that drive both large and small scale change

  • Reframe “changes” as “transitions” to proactively and effectively manage the three stages of the transition process
